2023 02 25 Celebration of Care Gala

Surrey Hospitals Foundation‘s 6th annual Celebration of Care Gala is returning February 25, 2023. This event is the largest and most celebrated gala in Surrey. It attracts an influential guest list of over 600 of Surrey’s business, community and medical luminaries. It consistently sells out and is ranked among BC’s top 10 galas and one of the top 3 for its standout entertainment and fun factor. In just five years, the Celebration of Care Gala has raised a stunning $11 million for life-saving care in Surrey and surrounding cities. 2023 marks the 30th anniversary of Surrey Hospitals Foundation. With that, our Gala Chair, Sonia Virk, and her committee have an amazing evening planned. They felt that after two years of lockdowns and restrictions you deserve A Sweet Escape. COVID-19 reinforced for all of us how important it is to have specialized care and expanded hospital facilities in our community. With the support of Presenting Sponsors, Berezan Management and EllisDon, our Gala Committee promises to deliver an evening that will delight and surprise you, AND raise a record amount of money for life-saving care in Surrey. So, a bit more about your Sweet Escape - your adventure will begin at the Qualico Reception where you can amble through the French Court sipping chilled champagne, then stroll in the Heavenly Garden enjoying our edible wall. Our small plate dinner service, brought to you by Canadian Western Bank, will feature wine pairings and an assortment of international cuisine prepared with locally curated ingredients. Throughout the evening, you will be well cared for by our hospitable RBC volunteers who will serve as your concierges and hosts to ensure an outstanding experience.
